On Monday 2/9/15 local climate activists Eric Strid, John Boonstra and Page Atcheson of Oregon Climate, Portland presented a one page draft resolution originating from the City of Eugene that asks for statewide passage of a carbon tax. The Hood River Council assigned a working group of three council members to review the resolution and draft an appropriate resolution for the City of Hood River.
