7:45 AM: Climate Therapy: Facing the Climate Emergency
April 22, 2020 @ 7:45 am - 8:45 am
What has been your climate journey? How are you different since you first learned about the Climate Emergency? What different periods or phases have you experienced along the way?
This Wednesday April 22nd at 7:45 am, The Climate Mobilization’s executive director, clinical psychologist Margaret Klein Salamon, will take part in the 50th anniversary Livestream @ Earth Day Live 2020, and will joined by David Wallace-Wells and Mary Heglar in a climate therapy session to explore their personal and emotional climate journeys.
The event will also serve as the unofficial launch of Climate Mobilization Project’s new book being released this week!! The title is Facing the Climate Emergency and it’s a radical self-help guide to help you face the truth of the climate emergency, accept your fears and become the hero humanity needs. More to come about that, but for now check out testimonials and also get a sneak peek at the first chapter here: Check out the Book
To face the climate emergency and fight to claw our future back, we need to process our emotions. We can welcome grief, turn our pain into action, and join the climate emergency movement to save humanity.
