Gorge Commission meeting on climate change

On October 8 the Columbia River Gorge Commission will meet in Cascade Locks and the focus topic will be climate change. The current Gorge Management Plan, revised once a decade, contains no mention of climate change. A new Management Plan, called Gorge 2020 and due next year, will hopefully include a regional climate perspective and planning for climate resilience. Public comment is welcome at this meeting.
