UP Rail Expansion Hearing

Please join us as Union Pacific continues to appeal the denial of their expansion project planned for Mosier, OR. It would extend a one mile double-track siding they currently have through Mosier to over 4 miles in length. The original application was denied by the Wasco County Board of Commissioners, but the railroad continues to fight this decision.
Public comment will likely not be taken at this hearing, but please attend if you can so the Gorge Commission knows the public still cares about this important issue and process.
