Connect to your Cause Fair

A volunteer expo for Gorge residents to make a difference in their community by connecting with established causes or forming new ones.
Connect to your Cause will be an event at which Gorge residents find connection and support in their community and join together, either by forming new groups or getting involved with existing Gorge groups, in creating a more inclusive, socially just and environmentally responsible world.
Come out and enjoy:
- A broad diversity of causes, with many ways to make an impact
- Connection Nodes for people to meet and discuss causes not yet represented in the Gorge
- Kids’ activities
- Live music throughout the day by local musicians
- Local food vendors
- Workshops on civic engagement and meaningful dialogue
This event will be free and open to people of all backgrounds and ages, and will have a spirit of community building and uplifting civic engagement, with opportunities to meet people and make a difference throughout the day.
