12-1 PM Earth Restoration by the Simple, Sacred Act of Planting (Native) Trees with Bill Weiler

Restoring the Gorge and Planet Through the Simple Sacred Act of Planting (Native) Trees:  We are going to learn about the Hidden Life of Trees, learn about the 2 million tree planting effort at the gateway of the Gorge, and how you can us meet our goal of planting another million trees!

Bill Weiler is a career wildlife biologist and is currently the Habitat Restoration Coordinator for the Sandy River Basin Watershed Council. He is the founder and president of GEO’s , Gorge Ecology Institute and Trees of the Gorge, which aims to plant 1, 000, 000 trees in rest of the Columbia Gorge.
